1. Q: What standard does your rotary table comply with?

A: All our rotary tables are fully manufactured and inspected in accordance with API Spec 7K international standard, with complete test certificates available.

2. Q: Can I choose square drive or pin drive master bushing freely?

A: Yes, two types of master bushings are optional for all models, compatible with API standard square kelly and hex kelly roller bushing, long and short slips can be matched.

3. Q: Are the pulley and bearing interchangeable with matching traveling block?

A: The gear assembly and bearing parts are designed with general interchangeability, spare parts can be shared with matched traveling block to reduce inventory cost.

4. Q: How to maintain the lubrication system of rotary table?

A: Adopt centralized forced lubrication structure, regularly inject special gear oil through the oil filling port; check oil level and sealing condition every week to avoid oil leakage and mud intrusion.

5. Q: Which model should I choose for deep well drilling?

A: For medium-deep wells, ZP275 / ZP375 are recommended; for ultra-deep wells and offshore rigs, ZP495 with larger opening, higher dead load and torque is the optimal choice.

6. Q: Can you customize the overall dimension and lifting lugs?

A: Standard sizes follow the parameter table, customized overall dimension, lifting lugs and top drive mounting ear boards are acceptable according to customers’ rig drawings.

7. Q: What’s the warranty period of your rotary table?

A: We provide 12 months warranty after shipment or 2000 working hours (whichever comes first), free replacement for damaged parts caused by manufacturing defects.
