Product Structure

This set of storage equipment adopts an integrated skid-mounted overall structure, which is mainly divided into four core modules: process pipeline assembly, separation & storage tank assembly, safety control component assembly and load-bearing support frame.

1，Process pipeline assembly: High-pressure yellow gas delivery pipelines, red safety vent pipelines, matched alloy steel flanges and connecting elbows are arranged in layers, serving as the main channel for gas transportation and distribution.

2，Separation & storage tank assembly: It includes horizontal buffer tanks and filter separators, which are the core storage and purification units for temporary gas storage and removal of moisture, sediment and solid impurities.

3，Safety control component assembly: Composed of pressure regulating valves, emergency relief valves, shut-off valves and pressure monitoring instruments, it realizes automatic pressure stabilization and overpressure protection during operation.

4，Load-bearing support frame: Integral carbon steel pipe support and operation platform with anti-corrosion coating, which bears all equipment and facilitates daily inspection and maintenance.

All modules are pre-installed on the skid frame in factory, realizing integrated delivery to greatly simplify on-site construction work.

How Storage Equipment Works

Raw natural gas transported from upstream pipelines first flows into the built-in filter separator of the integrated storage equipment. Solid sediment, free water and impurity particles mixed in the gas will be intercepted and separated by the stainless steel filter cartridge inside the separator, realizing preliminary gas purification.

After purification, the clean gas enters the horizontal buffer storage tank. The tank acts as a buffer storage unit to balance unstable pressure fluctuations from the front-end pipeline, store a certain volume of gas temporarily, and stabilize the overall pipeline operating pressure.

Subsequently, the gas flows through the yellow high-pressure process pipeline manifold. Equipped with matched pressure regulating valves, monitoring gauges and emergency relief safety assemblies, the system automatically adjusts gas delivery pressure and flow rate according to downstream demand. Once the pipeline pressure exceeds the preset safety threshold, the red vent pipeline and relief valve will automatically release pressure to eliminate overpressure risks.

Finally, the treated stable and clean natural gas is evenly distributed and delivered to downstream gate stations, industrial production lines or storage facilities to complete the whole process of purification, storage, pressure stabilization and transportation.
